About TPFG

Our Business Model.

Three divisions, one shared platform. Independent businesses serve the customer, we equip them to win, and we earn fees as they grow, with much of our income recurring and little of it needing our capital.

Platform model

We develop and launch services that help our network win: rent guarantee products, digital marketing tools and compliance packages among them. Some respond to unmet customer needs, others to regulatory change. Every new service deepens the platform and adds revenue from our existing cost base.

We invest centrally in technology that individual businesses could not build alone, and we deploy AI where it lifts productivity: qualifying leads, booking valuations and cutting admin. Tools are built once and deployed across the whole network, so every improvement scales.

Across the Group we hold millions of customer records, and each one is a relationship that can grow. A home seller may need a mortgage; a landlord may need professional management; a mortgage customer may need protection today and a new deal in years to come. Using our data well means connecting customers to the right service at the right moment, increasing the value of every relationship over time.

A network of around 1,900 businesses buys a lot. We negotiate with suppliers at Group scale and pass the benefit on, giving our network access to products and preferential rates that independent operators cannot obtain alone.

Compliance, marketing, finance and legal expertise is built once, at the centre, and made available to every business in the Group. Each new acquisition plugs into infrastructure that already exists, which is why the Group can grow revenue faster than it grows cost.
